The next HLR Network will take place on Thursday 18th September in the New Life Church, Llandrindod Wells. As requested by network members, the next housing-led regeneration network will be focussed on the theme ‘Delivering Community Benefits’.


The following will be discussed on the agenda

- What are community benefits?

- Monitoring and evaluating the community benefits from regeneration projects. How can we capture the soft outcomes consistently across the housing sector

- How do RSLs and LAs identify what community benefits they want to delivery. Is it a by-product or strategic aim?

- Who are the key partners for delivering community benefits- contractors etc.

- Is delivering community benefits costly to an organisation?


We are particularly keen to hear of local authority and housing association examples to be discussed on the day. If you know of any exmaples please let us know by e-mailing
