West Rhyl Housing Improvement Project

The North Wales coastal town of Rhyl, a popular holiday retreat, is reacting to a shift in market forces which has left the town in need of restructuring so as to offer opportunities - and to sustain - an existing resident population who demand services on a par with other parts of the UK.

 

This case study looks at some of the interventions that have been made in order to regenerate the town, particularly focusing on the West Rhyl Housing Improvement Project.
