RTPI Cymru are pleased to hold this event which will focus on the many issues and

challenges surrounding housing in Wales. Speakers will reflect on the current policy situation in Wales, the evidence and possible solutions to the issues raised.


The event will hear from Welsh Government on the housing policy in Wales and the Planning Inspectorate will provide an insight into dealing with housing projections at examination, along with discussion around the 5 year land supply and the economic value of housing building.


This event will focus on housing and we welcome all practitioners involved in the housing sector.
